Administrator – Mental Health Clinical Services We are looking for individuals to join our team delivering a fast-paced mental health clinical service. In this role, you’ll be a key part of a service that makes a genuine difference to patients and families every day. You’ll support the smooth running of clinics, coordinate care journeys, and work closely with clinical teams to ensure everything runs efficiently and compassionately. What you’ll be doing: * Onboarding patients and guiding them through their journey with empathy and care * Managing clinic diaries and coordinating appointments * Providing admin support to busy clinical teams * Handling patient queries and supporting families as they navigate the service * Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and records What we’re looking for: * Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment * Understanding of clinical settings (NHS or private healthcare preferred) * Excellent communication skills — written and verbal * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to remain calm and professional when things get busy * A genuine interest in supporting mental health services (direct experience in mental health is not required)
