We have an exciting opportunity for an Acute Medicine Consultant to work as a full‑time locum with an NHS Trust in Wales. Proposed working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with a 30‑day contract starting 17 December. This role is inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Oversee medical patients in the Emergency Department, support patient flow and serve as the lead decision maker.
- Cover on calls if necessary (approximately 13.5 hours per week).
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week with regular shifts.
Eligibility
- Must have GMC registration, an Enhanced DBS, and right to work in the UK.
