This full-time/part-time locum position is based in an office environment, with proposed working hours of days, nights, and flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.The role is available to start as soon as possible and offers continuity with regular shifts and flexible hours, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and flexibility. The position offers an hourly rate of PAYE only.To be eligible, you must have:Registered Nurse (NMC)Significant post-registration experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency settingsNHS Pathways-trained or MTS trainedStrong leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsA passion for patient safety and continuous improvementAbout the RoleAs a Senior Clinical Advisor, you will lead by example in providing expert clinical assessments, supporting frontline staff, and contributing to service excellence.
