Job Title: Registered Manager Specialty: Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support Band / Grade: Could be working as a Ward Manager or Senior Nurse and seeking a Registered Manager role Location: Walton-On-The-Naze Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a Learning Disability and Autism Service in Walton-On-The-Naze. This full-time permanent position will include an on-call rota. The role is available to start asap but can accommodate notice periods of up to 8 weeks. The position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations. Ensure financial targets are met and facilitate the development of quality healthcare services ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of service users, whilst also reflecting market trends and evidence-based practice. Contribute to the strategic development of the home, ensuring adherence to the company’s objectives and business plan. Promote and enhance the company’s reputation for high-quality outcomes for service users. Understand and respond to the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Participate in contract reviews and represent service delivery. Lead the supervision and annual review process for your team. To be eligible for this role, you must have: Registered Nurse with experience in Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support (essential). Due to it being a small service, does not require a Reg 5 Manager. Be available for on-call rota. Experience in a MDT/Nurse led team. Right to work in the UK.
