Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation
Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing healthcare organisation supporting the development and transformation of children and young people’s services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to support operational delivery, service implementation and improvement projects during a period of organisational growth.
Salary: Around £50,000 per annum
Position: Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation
Hours: Full-time
Setting: Healthcare Transformation / Service Development
Location: Hybrid (Devon-based requirement)
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Manage healthcare transformation and service improvement projects.
- Support implementation of new healthcare services and operational processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical and operational environments.
- Monitor project progress, risks, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support successful delivery of organisational change initiatives.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous project management experience within healthcare.
- Experience managing change and service improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across clinical and operational teams.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
