Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Nurse to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in a tranquil and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor the needs of patients, ensuring personalised care plans are created.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
- Develop and implement behavioural support plans for patients with mental health issues.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects on patients.
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support in a safe environment.
- Actively participate in daily team meetings, contributing to the overall care strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Support patients in their recovery journey, encouraging autonomy and independence.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and learning opportunities.
- Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and confidentiality for all patients.
Qualifications:
- A valid NMC PIN with a Registered Nurse qualification (RMN or RNLD).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- An understanding of mental health issues, addictions, and eating disorders.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
