Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an interest in Eating Disorders to join a specialist team, offering the chance to make a real difference in patient care.

Position: RMN – ED
Hours: Full & Part Time Options
Setting: Eating Disorders
Location: Bristol, BS16
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to those with eating disorders.
- Participating in the development of new services and care pathways.
- Supporting the implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy at a local level.
- Engaging in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the service.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored treatment plans.
- Providing support and therapeutic interventions to patients on Lotus Ward.
- Ensuring the delivery of personalised treatment for patients with anorexia nervosa.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as required.
- Participating in clinical supervision and staff development activities.
- Promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
For this role, we're looking for someone who has:
- Active NMC PIN with at least 12 months post-qualifying experience.
- A positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality care.
- Ability to develop flexible and innovative approaches to nursing practice.
- Previous experience in an eating disorder setting is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to complete further specialised training in eating disorders, enteral feeding, and venepuncture.
