Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join a high-performing, specialist healthcare service in the South West. This role requires an exceptional leader who can drive quality, ensure compliance, and deliver operational and financial success in a regulated setting.
Salary: Up to £90,000 DoE
Position: Senior Operational Leader (Registered Manager / Hospital Director equivalent)
Hours: Full Time

Location: South West England
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead service strategy and operational excellence
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Drive occupancy and service reputation
- Manage budgets and optimise resources
- Inspire and develop multi-disciplinary teams
