Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Forensics Consultant to work with an NHS Trust in Yorkshire. This full-time locum position is based in an inpatient setting working on a 12-bedded medium secure female ward. The post covers RC responsibility for both wards (with support from ASD’s). The patient group on these wards includes individuals with mental illness and/or personality disorders. This role also involves conducting access assessments for low and medium secure patients with MI and PD, alongside other colleagues. The proposed working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
The role is set to begin ASAP and will initially last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The hourly rate is between £120 – £130. Please note that this position is inside IR35 payment guidelines.
This role offers flexible working hours to help accommodate personal routines outside of work. The trust provides an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexibility to meet their personal needs.
To be eligible, candidates must have forensic consultancy experience, Section 12 approval, and AC status.
