The predicted salary is between 170000 - 170000 £ per year.
Currently we have an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 4 CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders, delivering evidence-based and individualised treatment programmes within a specialist setting.
Your key responsibilities:
- Review referrals and assess suitability for admission
- Conduct admission assessments and implement management plans
- Lead risk and physical health assessments
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members
- Support governance, safeguarding, and record-keeping standards
- Participate in on-call rota and cross-cover arrangements
- Build relationships with community teams and stakeholders
Qualifications and experience:
- GMC Specialist Register in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Experience within CAMHS, ideally also in eating disorder services
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of safeguarding and clinical governance
- Interest in research and teaching
- Ideally section 12 & AC
