About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to join the team at St Mary’s Hospital, Isle of Wight. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a community setting, working closely with patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering medications (oral, SC, IM, insulin)
  • Palliative care management, including syringe drivers & symptom control
  • Catheter care (male, female, suprapubic)
  • IV therapy & wound/leg ulcer management
  • Supporting CHC assessments & Doppler training (desirable but not essential)

What We’re Looking For:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Band 5)
  • Experience in community nursing
  • Full UK driving license & own vehicle (essential)
  • A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive community team while enjoying the stunning surroundings of the Isle of Wight.

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.
