About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to join the team at St Mary’s Hospital, Isle of Wight. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a community setting, working closely with patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medications (oral, SC, IM, insulin)
- Palliative care management, including syringe drivers & symptom control
- Catheter care (male, female, suprapubic)
- IV therapy & wound/leg ulcer management
- Supporting CHC assessments & Doppler training (desirable but not essential)
What We’re Looking For:
- NMC Registered Nurse (Band 5)
- Experience in community nursing
- Full UK driving license & own vehicle (essential)
- A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.
