Shifts: Shifting service open Mon-Sunday, Ad hoc, flexible availability

Pay Rates:

  • Day: £22.00
  • Night/Saturday: £25.00
  • Sunday: £30.00

Driving Required: Full, valid driving licence & access to a car for work

Are you an experienced Community Nurse looking for flexible ad hoc shifts? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in community settings.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with community nursing experience.
  • Proficient in wound care, medication administration, and risk assessments.
  • Car driver essential for home visits.
  • Flexible availability for ad hoc shifts as needed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist community nursing care to patients in their own homes.
  • Managing catheters (male & female) and drains (chest, wound, etc.).
  • Delivering end-of-life and palliative care with compassion.
  • Wound care & leg dressings, including compression bandaging.
  • Administering injectable medication (e.g., insulin) and managing syringe drivers.
  • Supporting patients with medication administration.
