Are you an experienced Community Nurse looking for flexible ad hoc shifts? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in community settings.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with community nursing experience.
- Proficient in wound care, medication administration, and risk assessments.
- Car driver essential for home visits.
- Flexible availability for ad hoc shifts as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist community nursing care to patients in their own homes.
- Managing catheters (male & female) and drains (chest, wound, etc.).
- Delivering end-of-life and palliative care with compassion.
- Wound care & leg dressings, including compression bandaging.
- Administering injectable medication (e.g., insulin) and managing syringe drivers.
- Supporting patients with medication administration.
