The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
As European and UK associate, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing client relationships primarily with professional teams i.e. EPL, Bundesliga, Top 14 Rugby, Euroleague Basketball, English County Cricket. You will play a pivotal role in positioning AIQ as the premier intelligence assessment and development solution in elite sports.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business with professional clubs, academies, and federations across the UK and EU.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans tailored to each market.
- Present the AIQ platform to coaches, performance staff, and front office stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisor on integrating AIQ into their performance programs.
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting through our CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to support implementation and client success.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in EU or UK professional sport is preferred, but not essential.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in sports technology, performance, or SaaS sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and EU.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to professional sports teams or federations.
- Background or network in professional sport (prior sales experience, playing, coaching, or performance support).
- Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
