This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing healthcare recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant to work primarily on existing national PSL agreements within the care home sector.

Previous recruitment experience ideally within permanent healthcare recruitment is preferred; however, strong recruitment experience in another sector will be considered.

The successful Healthcare Recruitment Consultant should have the following:

  • Previous experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant within permanent recruitment ideally within the care home sector
  • Healthcare sector knowledge, particularly of placing nursing staff, deputy care home managers and care home managers is preferable
  • Strong commercial business acumen and a demonstrable billing history
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
