Our company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate cross-teams and stakeholders, and have experience in management reporting, variance analysis, and creating solutions for business challenges. The Sr. FP&A Analyst will support the strategic business process by providing essential analysis on KPIs and research, analyzing, reconciling, and validating various data sets and information to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support Finance business partnership by contributing to budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting for key business divisions.
- Perform detailed variance analysis on actuals vs. forecast/budget, investigating and explaining key drivers of financial performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, People, etc.) to provide analytical support and present findings and recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial and operational models, analyse performance trends, supporting identification of growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track business health.
- Support the strategic business initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects as needed, conducting deep-dive analyses of various business topics.
- FTE Plan management support, including monitoring and analysis of headcount trends and costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or analytical roles (experience in high‑growth environments a strong plus).
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Business acumen and solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; ability to translate data into clear insights and action items to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple teams, build relationships and support decision‑making.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Proven ability to dive into large financial and operational data, become a subject matter expert in providing informed insights and analysis.
- Knowledge of BI instruments (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
