About the Role

We are looking for an Associate to join our Life Sciences team. As an Associate, you will connect our clients with experts. Your responsibilities include:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
  • Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.
  • Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
  • Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Process Expertise: Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience; experience in sales, recruitment or other KPI driven roles is a plus.
  • General understanding of business concepts.
  • Result oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges.
  • Quick learner and critical thinker with key focus to add value to our client.
  • Strong communication skills: both written and on the phone.
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin.
