Apollo is seeking a Director to join its expanding London-based Product Management team within Client & Product Solutions. The role spans asset classes, with a specific focus on regulated products, covering both Apollo’s international funds and platforms as well as European investment activity on behalf of global strategies. The Director will have broad exposure across Apollo’s product suite, including Credit, Equity and Real Assets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of product initiatives across EMEA, including ownership of new product launches, from strategic planning through to delivery, in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own and drive active fundraising processes, partnering with Sales and Client Portfolio Management teams to support capital raising from existing and prospective investors.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of investor materials, including marketing content, due diligence responses, and client communications, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
  • Manage investor relationships throughout the lifecycle, supporting allocation processes through to close and maintaining ongoing engagement with existing clients.
  • Deliver high-quality client reporting and communications, including portfolio updates, market insights, and performance materials for existing investors.
  • Generate and synthesize market and investor intelligence, analysing sentiment and the competitive landscape across asset classes and regions to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with investment teams, risk, compliance, operations, legal, and distribution to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of investor objectives, internal approval processes, and portfolio construction considerations to enhance engagement and support capital formation efforts.
  • Leverage data and AI-driven tools to enhance product delivery, streamline workflows, and improve the quality and scalability of investor communications and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience within an alternative asset manager, investment bank, private bank, or investment consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in product management, portfolio management, or business development roles, with increasing ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of the alternative asset management landscape, including Global Wealth distribution, product structures, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience with regulated, open-ended, or semi-liquid products, including familiarity with associated structures, governance, and reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and seamlessly shift between internal execution and external client engagement.
  • Strong analytical skillset with the ability to develop deep product expertise across relevant strategies and asset classes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to produce polished, client-ready materials.
