- Assist in the preparation and service of foodand beverages in the restaurant, bar and room service.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensureprompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards indining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
- Provide recommendations on menu items andspecials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensuresmooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle payments, process transactionsaccurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage rolepreferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with afriendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
