The Role
- The Breakfast Manager is responsible for monitoring the workflow of their team by managing all aspects of service, supporting colleagues and problem-solving during breakfast service.
- They contribute to the efficiency of the department by reviewing and constantly improving SOPs and setting attainable daily goals for the breakfast team.
