Overview of duties:

  • Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere through their exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability, and frequent presence in the department.
  • Coordinating and supporting the bar team to ensure efficient service.
  • Overseeing the cocktail bar, dispense, lounges and snug maintaining standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Clearly conveying information to both guests and staff, facilitating smooth running.
  • Resolving any issues or complaints to maintain guest satisfaction and escalating where necessary.
  • Working with hosts and manager to set up and deliver functions, private dining and special requests from restaurant guests and hotel residents.
  • Mentoring and training staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and service.
