As a Clinical Community Lead at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for day‐to‐day leadership and management within our clinical community.

Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153‐bed care home in Peterborough. The home prides itself on surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of vegetables.

The role of Clinical Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you'll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.

Salary: £23.58 per hour.

Shift Pattern: 33.75 hours per week, 12‐hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location: Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for proactively managing the unit.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
  • Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
  • Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
  • Minimum of two years of shift leadership and management experience.
  • Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
