As a Clinical Community Lead at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day leadership and management within our clinical community.

About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153‑bed care home in Peterborough. The home prides itself on surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of vegetables.

About the role: The role of Clinical Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you’ll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.

Salary: £23.58 per hour.

Shift Pattern: 33.75 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location: Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for proactively managing the unit.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
  • Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
  • Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
  • Minimum of two years of shift leadership and management experience.
  • Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
