Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor

A conference and banqueting venue is looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor to take on a supervisory role across all bars and conference rooms. This will involve overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the objectives set by clients or management.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor must have:

  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Liaise, as applicable, with outside contractors as well as with internal suppliers
  • Manage cash handling and cash reconciliation
  • Contribute to training and development of the team
  • Assist the line manager in quality control of all supplies, including food, drinks/beverages, hygiene and health and safety
  • Key holder for the building and lock/unlock the building as required
