The Events Sales and Marketing Manager will proactively generate and convert leads for weddings, private dining, corporate events and social functions. They will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract. The role involves building lasting relationships with the public, event planners, corporate clients and local businesses.
The Events Sales and Marketing Manager will manage the social media presence, digital marketing and email campaigns, creating compelling content that showcases the venue and drives enquiries. They will work closely with our operations and catering teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences and develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue and venue profile.
Proven experience in venue, hospitality or events sales is essential, with wedding sales experience being a strong advantage. Marketing experience including social media, digital campaigns and content creation is required. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills, target-driven, self-motivated and highly organised. Creativity and a strong eye for what makes a venue stand out are important, as is a genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of the South London / Bromley / Hayes market is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be an organised, energetic, and sales-driven individual with a passion for events, particularly private celebrations and weddings. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine focus on client satisfaction are essential.
