NPLQ Lifeguards We are looking for Lifeguards for our growing swim school. You will be responsible for delivering a safe environment for our pool during group lessons to adults and children from beginners to advanced classes. You must be passionate about swimming and willing to go the extra mile to help us maintain our high standards. We make swimming fun and we want staff that can deliver a fun safe environment. To be one of our Lifeguards you will need: * A current NPLQ qualification * Experience in a leisure pool or swimming school * Flexible and willing to go the extra mile * Customer focused you will respond courteously to customer questions You will stand out because of your enthusiasm about Swimming and your ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner. If this is you then we can give you: * Help you grow/develop * If you are interested further training to ASA level 1 may be possible * A fun and supportive working environment We run classes on weekdays and weekends and we are looking for flexible people that can take on one or more shifts ( which will include a weekend shift) and can commit to working with us on a regular basis. This position will require the applicant taking a Disclosure check by the Criminal Records Bureau. We operate at locations in Sevenoaks, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, and Essex.
