- Leading the design and specification of LV and HV systems
- Developing protection and control schemes, schematics, and cable calculations
- Managing delivery from concept through commissioning, including client and contractor coordination
- Reviewing technical work and mentoring junior engineers
- Ensuring compliance with BS7671, IET Wiring Regulations, CDM, and project-specific standards
- Supporting power system studies (load flow, fault level, protection coordination) where required
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in regulated or safety-critical sectors (e.g., energy, infrastructure, nuclear, defence)
- Strong grounding in electrical engineering design and delivery
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Amtech, ETAP, or similar software
- Experience with or interest in power system studies (desirable)
- IEng or CEng registration, or working toward it
