We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Ventilation Service Engineer to join our growing commercial team. This is a service-focused role where you'll be responsible for fault-finding, diagnostics, servicing and technical support across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. You'll play a key role in identifying and resolving complex system issues, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring plant and equipment are operating efficiently and reliably. This position offers a clear career path into a Supervisory Engineer role, making it ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys technical problem-solving, takes pride in delivering high-quality service, and is looking to progress their career within a well-established and expanding business. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair faults on commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service works. Provide technical support and commissioning assistance where required. Ensure systems are operating safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations. Complete service reports and documentation accurately. Support and mentor junior engineers as you progress towards a supervisory position. What We're Looking For: Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of split, VRV/VRF, DX and ventilation systems. F-Gas Category 1 certification. Full UK driving licence. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A positive, customer-focused approach with the ambition to develop into a supervisory role.
