Air Conditioning Service Engineer in Birmingham

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Ventilation Service Engineer to join our growing commercial team.

This is a service-focused role where you'll be responsible for fault-finding, diagnostics, servicing and technical support across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. You'll play a key role in identifying and resolving complex system issues, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring plant and equipment are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service works.
• Provide technical support and commissioning assistance where required.
• Ensure systems are operating safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Support and mentor junior engineers as you progress towards a supervisory position.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of split, VRV/VRF, DX and ventilation systems.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, customer-focused approach with the ambition to develop into a supervisory role.

Pay: £20.00-£26.00 per hour
