We are searching for a new Lifestyle Lead to join our team. You will be leading a team of Lifestyle Coordinators, ensuring that activities are planned and organised for our residents whilst distributing areas of work to your team.

In this role you will be:

  • Striving to increase residents’ wellbeing by making all activities entertaining, motivating and engaging
  • Making sure that the activities are varied and centred around the residents’ past and current interests
  • Ensuring that the residents have an opportunity to be involved in a variety of old and new activities
  • Accurately recording the information for each resident
  • Implementing principles of Personal Life Stories to create a tailored approach to daily activities
  • Spending time with residents to develop meaningful relationships
  • Planning and organising groups and one-to-one sessions in response to identified interests and requests
