Base pay range $42.00/hr – $48.00/hr We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth. Hourly rate from $42 to $48 with weekly pay. Working with our team and residents will give you purpose in your professional and personal life. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care. Education and Experience: Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college. CPR certified. Current RN license in the state. New graduates are welcome. Duties and Responsibilities: Meet nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents. Maintain current resident care plans. Follow physician’s orders and assist with nursing care and treatments. Transcribe physician’s orders accurately. Review patient records daily for accuracy. Document nursing notes comprehensively. Visit residents daily to evaluate needs. Maintain awareness of residents on alert list. Report unusual findings and contact physicians as needed. Administer medication according to procedures. Control drugs safely and accurately. Initiate emergency procedures when necessary. Follow safety techniques and privacy policies. Other duties as assigned by management. Specific Requirements: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to make independent decisions. Effective communication with personnel, residents, families, and authorities. Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations. Leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to plan, organize, and develop care programs. Assessment skills and knowledge of drug actions. Patience, tact, and enthusiasm for handling residents. Willingness to incorporate new methods into practice. Effective emergency communication skills.
