As a Care Assistant at Avocet Court Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to our residents.

About the role: Reporting to the Team Leader, the Care Assistant will provide high quality care to residents at all times paying attention to their specific and individual needs. You will participate in meaningful activities when possible, and ensure that care plans are appropriate to each resident’s needs.

Development from this role can take you onto CHAPS or nursing positions, and we offer fully funded apprenticeships to help you achieve an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health.
