About the role
The Activities Lead, known internally as Lifestyles Lead, supports the provision of meaningful, enjoyable, engaging and stimulating activities which are planned, organised, promoted and implemented in the Home for all residents in line with the principles, policies, procedures and best practice guidelines for person‑centred care, clinical care and dementia care. The Activities Lead will proactively engage with and support the activities programme within the Homes. They will provide support to ensure that all team members know about and are engaged in the activities programme.
Salary: £12.71 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 35 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Home Location: Baldock Drive, King's Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ.
