As a Maintenance Assistant at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring all checks are complete and a safe environment for residents, team members and visitors whilst maintaining a high quality of service within the home.
The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with the Maintenance Operative to manage and ensure the safe and pleasant environment for all residents and employees, working closely with wider teams to provide strong leadership and inspiration ensuring the highest service standards are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the refuse area and the removal of clinical waste and rubbish from the home.
- Ensuring that all electrical equipment and boiler house is maintained and repaired if required.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar maintenance role is essential.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
Additional Information:
- £12.71 per hour.
- 40 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
- ~28 days of holiday per year.
