As a Community Team Leader at Goodwins Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management on our residential community within the home.

About the role:
The role of Community Team Leader will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you’ll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.
Salary: £13.37 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 8am to 8pm, x3 12-hour shifts per week plus x2 6-hour supernumerary shifts.
Home Location: Goodwins Road, King's Lynn, England, PE30 5PD.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
- Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
- Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
- Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
