As the Estates Administrator at Athena Care Homes, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our estates and facilities across our homes.

About the role: The Estates Administrator will coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance processes, and act as a central point of contact for estates-related matters. Working closely with our care home teams and external contractors, you will help ensure our homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose for residents, staff, and visitors.

Salary: Up to Β£34,000 per annum.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
