As the Senior Housekeeper at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of cleanliness within the home.

Located in a quiet residential nook in March, Cambridgeshire, our home boasts a cinema, hair salon, and multiple dining rooms. Leading our Housekeeping team, the Senior Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest service standards of cleaning to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

  • Manage overall responsibility for support services within the home for laundry and domestic housekeeping.
  • Support the management team in the recruitment, induction and training of the support service team; ensuring training targets are met and team is competent in their roles.
  • Manage rotas, budgets, stocks and reporting duties for the Housekeeping department within the home.
  • Support, lead, manage and inspire direct reports to deliver outstanding service for the home.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as high attention to detail.
