As the Senior Housekeeper at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of cleanliness within the home.
Leading our Housekeeping team, the Senior Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest service standards of cleaning to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.
Manage overall responsibility for support services within the home for laundry and domestic housekeeping.
Support the management team in the recruitment, induction and training of the support service team; ensuring training targets are met and team is competent in their roles.
Manage rotas, budgets, stocks and reporting duties for the Housekeeping department within the home.
Support, lead, manage and inspire direct reports to deliver outstanding service for the home.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as high attention to detail.
