Athena Care Homes is seeking an Estates Surveyor and Health & Safety Lead to manage and improve our portfolio of care home properties across East Anglia. You will provide professional estates surveying advice, oversee planned and reactive works, and lead safety arrangements to ensure safe, compliant and well-maintained environments for residents and staff.
The role is regional-based with 40 hours per week. £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
