About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is a 153‑bed care home in Peterborough, offering exceptional care, a range of outdoor activities, a fully refurbished café and a supportive environment for residents.
About The Role: The Residential Community Lead will complete clinical audits, manage medication safely and supervise the team. You will act as a role model for residents, families and staff.
Salary: £16.50 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Home Location: Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pro‑actively manage the unit.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
- Monitor care through monthly audits of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
- Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
- A passion for care – put the needs of residents first.
- Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
- Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
