We’re building an always-on creator growth engine for a fast-growing DTC minerals & supplements brand. The Head of Creator Partnerships (Whitelisting & Paid Social) will own the strategy and execution of a scalable creator program where creators function as performance partners, not brand ambassadors. This role is responsible for continuously sourcing, vetting, and activating creators whose content can be run through paid social via Meta whitelisting, driving measurable growth for a DTC health/supplements brand. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who deeply understands creators, paid social, and DTC customer psychology—and knows how to turn authentic content into scalable ad performance.
What You’ll Own
- Build and scale an always-growing creator ecosystem across niches, audience sizes, and formats
- Define what “good” creators look like for our customer avatars and growth goals
- Develop systems for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and retaining creators long-term
Creator Discovery & Vetting
- Proactively source creators across Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Evaluate creators based on audience alignment, trust, content quality, and paid ad potential
- Identify creators whose content can convert when amplified with paid spend
Creator Relationships & Partnerships
- Own creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
- Build trust-first, long-term partnerships versus transactional influencer deals
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators participating in the program
Meta Whitelisting & Paid Social Enablement
- Set up and manage creator ad whitelisting access
- Coordinate closely with paid media teams to launch, test, and scale creator-led ads
- Ensure creator content is properly structured and optimized for paid performance
Creative & Audience Insight
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer avatars and creator “spheres”
- Guide creators on angles, messaging, and formats that resonate authentically
- Feed learnings back into creative and growth teams to improve overall ad performance
Program Optimization & Scale
- Continuously refine the creator program based on performance data and learnings
- Identify top-performing creators and double down on what works
- Evolve creators from one-off tests into repeat, scalable growth partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DTC growth, creator partnerships, or paid social
- Hands-on experience with Meta whitelisting / creator ad accounts
- Proven ability to work with creators as performance drivers—not just brand placements
- Strong understanding of DTC customer psychology and conversion-driven content
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, non-corporate environments
