The home is known for its beautiful fountain centrepiece at the entrance and offers high‑quality care, a full activities schedule, and excellent facilities. Our team is dedicated, committed, and constantly strives to ensure all residents lead happy and fulfilling lives.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in care delivery. You will support the team to achieve the highest standards of care across all areas of the home. One of our values is Celebrating Every Individual and we offer a range of learning and development options to support your progression. Development from this role can lead to CHAPS or nursing positions, and we offer fully funded apprenticeships to help you achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Salary & Shift Pattern

£13.07 per hour. Up to 45 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team while on duty.
  • Motivate and inspire passion in the team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Manage supervision, appraisal and performance management of the team.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties: observe blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, temperature, blood oxygenation level and monitor urine output.

Training, Skills & Experience Required

  • A genuine passion for care – put the needs of residents first.
  • Experience in a similar senior care position.
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven track record for leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a team.
