As a Residential Community Lead at Amberley Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management on our residential community within the home.

About The Role
The role of Residential Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you’ll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.
Salary
£14.89 per hour.
Shift Pattern
45 hours per week, 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Home Location
Baldock Drive, King’s Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
- Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
- Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
- A passion for care – we’re looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
- Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
- Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
