We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with 4–6 years of hands‑on experience, specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in customization, extension development, integration, and workflow automation within the Dynamics ecosystem. This role demands solid technical proficiency in X++, C#, Power Platform, and Azure services, along with a clear understanding of ERP business processes in finance and supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom features and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Customization & Integration: Configure entities, forms, workflows, and business rules; develop custom integrations with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
  • Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Support data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF) and ensure data integrity across environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability of Dynamics F&O solutions.
  • Version Management: Participate in build deployments, version upgrades, and patch management activities.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and develop reports using SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices in Dynamics 365 development.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams including Business Analysts, Infrastructure, and Support teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, customization guides, and solution design documents.

Technical Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 F&O: X++, Extensions, AOT, Form and Table Customizations, Workflows.
  • Integration: OData, REST APIs, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions.
  • Dataverse & Power Platform: Model‑driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate flows.
  • Languages: X++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript (for front‑end customizations).
  • Database: SQL Server, T‑SQL, Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Reporting: SSRS, Power BI integration, Electronic Reporting (ER).
  • Version Control: Azure DevOps, Git.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, LCS (Lifecycle Services).
  • Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of layered architecture, event handling, and extensibility patterns in Dynamics 365.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules—Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in integration design and deployment across multiple systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to Agile development practices and cross‑functional collaboration.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate (or equivalent certification).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules or Power Platform is a plus.
