Approved Technology T/A ATGBICS are a manufacturer of network connectivity solutions including transceivers, Direct attach, Fibre patch and Breakout cables and NIC cards. Our ATGBICS optoelectronics brand of fibre optic transceivers, DAC’s and AOC’s is fast becoming the brand of choice for computer equipment manufacturers, electronic component distributors and resellers and their end users. Our business is very fast-paced, and we are experiencing significant growth.
We are seeking to recruit an inquisitive and technically minded digital marketing executive intern or graduate to help underpin our growth. This is a new and exciting role for the right candidate to gain exposure to developing and delivering our global digital marketing strategy, develop brand awareness and drive new leads and opportunities for sales.
You will support both the digital marketing in creating marketing collateral, technical writing and out-facing company publications and the data management team in creating and managing datasheets and offers a great opportunity for candidates to work in the technology industry alongside experienced colleagues. You will also gain exposure to brand development strategies as well as demand creation campaigns for our products.
This is an office-based position in Bournemouth town centre. The right candidate is a team player, used to using their initiative, demonstrates excellent attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines. They possess a work ethic that supports our company mission; “to service the individual needs of our clients through flexibility, efficiency, and exemplary customer service.”
Here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake:
- Creative support to implement a digital marketing strategy.
- Contribute to content and design for campaigns to increase ATGBICS brand awareness among our target markets and customers.
- Support digital and social marketing strategies.
- Manage content on our websites.
- Manage physical and virtual events with post-event follow-up.
Key Tasks:
- Involvement with researching and writing up monthly blogs and news articles on new industry trends or key information on products we sell.
- Creating visually appealing case studies on company successes demonstrating our relevance in the industry and USPs.
- Creating flyers and other marketing collateral to help clients understand what we do.
- Support sales department with documents and PowerPoints about the company.
- Creation and management of accurate product datasheets.
- Support management of company data files and integrating new products, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support management of the company website, keeping it updated and visually appealing.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite applications, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
