ATG Entertainment in Swansea is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Arena hospitality team. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager or Deputy, delivering excellent service across front of house, bars, VIP lounge, kiosks and conferencing events.
Responsibilities include welcoming guests, upselling food and beverages, staying aware of shows, health and safety, and working with the team to meet targets.
