ATG Entertainment is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our Front of House team. You will greet and assist audience members, scan tickets, serve drinks and snacks, sell merchandise and programmes, and guide guests to their seats during performances.
Evening and weekend availability is essential. You will work with colleagues across the venue, support health and safety, handle cash and stock, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
