Location: Richmond (TW9 1QJ), England, UK. Permanent Full Time position. Salary £32,900. Hours: 40 per week.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and revenue, nurture the audience base, and raise the media profile of ATG Entertainment and its shows.
- Collaborate with the venue marketing team and central marketing to create campaign ideas, partnerships, content, stunts and other ‘must‑attend’ events.
- Serve as the primary contact for producers, agency partners and external suppliers; manage day‑to‑day relationships and secure a return on investment for media and creative assets.
- Create and adapt press releases, media features, competitions, photo calls and other communications materials, ensuring timely implementation across all media.
- Oversee social media strategy, generate content, monitor engagement and grow reach for the venue’s social and editorial channels.
- Coordinate community and network development initiatives, attract high‑profile guests, and build relationships with traditional media, online channels, and local influencers.
- Collaborate with revenue management to evaluate sales performance, identify opportunities to improve occupancy and average ticket price.
- Work with Data & CRM teams to identify under‑represented audience groups and develop strategies to redress gaps.
- Conduct campaign evaluation, compile sales analysis, and manage budgets to create efficiencies and value for money.
- Support the Head of Marketing & Communications with sponsorship agreements, membership initiatives, and venue F&B budgets.
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested to support the marketing and communications function.
Qualifications
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing producers and creative teams.
- Highly numerate and analytical, with experience managing sales data, audience analytics and budgets.
- Proven experience project‑managing creative campaigns – generating ideas, driving process and evaluating success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative problem‑solving ability and confident decision‑making.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with partners and suppliers to deliver on time and on budget.
- Enthusiasm for theatre and the mission of ATG Entertainment.
- Absolute attention to detail and ability to deputise for the Head of Marketing & Communications in their absence.
