ATG Entertainment is an exciting, fast-paced and highly acquisitive company, and we are searching for the right candidate who can match our enthusiasm for growth and success! We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Commercial Finance team on a six-month fixed-term basis, based at our Shaftesbury Avenue office in London. This role will partner the Hospitality Director and the UK Chief Commercial Officer to support commercial decision-making across the Hospitality function.
This role would suit an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who can act as a true thought partner to the Hospitality leadership team — someone who compiles and digests information quickly, delivers clear recommendations, and thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance at a time when Hospitality is trialling a range of new initiatives to deliver incremental cash margin. We need someone who can quickly quantify the commercial impact of these initiatives and help the team make confident decisions at pace. This role reports to the UK Head of Commercial Finance and will work closely with the Hospitality Director, the UK Chief Commercial Officer, and the wider Commercial Finance Team.
Key responsibilities
- Partner the Hospitality Director and the UK Chief Commercial Officer to support commercial decision-making across the Hospitality function.
- Work closely with the Hospitality team to deliver rigorous commercial analysis, including venue performance, food and beverage profitability, cost efficiencies analysis and operational efficiency insights.
- Interpret financial insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for the Hospitality Director and UK Chief Commercial Officer.
- Champion best practices in commercial finance and business partnering.
- Support the UK Head of Commercial Finance on transformational tasks and strategic initiatives across the business.
Everyone’s responsibility
Everyone at ATG Entertainment is expected to play their part in achieving our goals and upholding our Corporate Social Responsibility priorities:
- Inclusion: Committing to creating and upholding a positive, inclusive culture that nurtures potential and supports well-being.
- Sustainability: Playing your part in reducing our environmental impact and finding more sustainable ways of working.
- Next Generations: Encouraging the next generation in live entertainment by contributing to our outreach and training programmes, including mentoring students and trainees, and supporting our Creative Learning and Community Partnerships work.
You’ll also help us uphold a positive culture around meeting our obligations, by having a positive attitude to health and safety, legal and insurance requirements and take care to understand our policies and procedures. We are all expected to participate actively in the life of the company, and opportunities will arise for you to collaborate with others across the business. Everyone at ATG Entertainment is expected to be flexible and adapt as the needs of the business change, taking on new or different responsibilities as the need arises.

- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and drive sharper commercial insights.
