ATG Entertainment in Wimbledon is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join the venue front of house. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help ensure an outstanding customer journey across bars, merchandise, seating and Delivered at Seat (DAS).
Evenings and weekends are essential; full training will be provided, and you will work closely with security, box office staff, and venue teams to exceed guest expectations and maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
