- Contract Type: UK Theatre/Bectu Agreement
- Weekly Fee: Above UKT/ Bectu minimums plus touring allowance in line with UKT rates and travel
Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Sound No. 3 of a first-class touring production. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Working with the Associate Sound Designer, Head of Sound, and Sound No 2 to achieve the sound requirements for the production.
- Assisting with the operation of the sound desk during technical rehearsals and performances as required.
- Fitting microphones and mic packs as required.
- Covering a backstage track for each performance as required.
- Deputising for the Sound No 2 as required during the tour.
- Ensuring all sound equipment is set up, maintained, and operated safely and effectively in line with production requirements.
- Completion of the load-in ahead of each first performance, as well as get-out following the final performance at each venue.
